In this video I take apart Wipro Tejas a 9 Watt LED bulb, I was shocked to see what is inside and what is being sold as a 9 watt LED. This LED unit is 8 watts and is being driven at 8.6 watts hence shortening the life of LED bulbs. This has become a common practice in the industry.

I'm using same wipro bulbs of 9w, 7w and 5w from 2016 onwards.. Other than 1 or 2 balance all 10- 12 units are working fine... Also review havells led.. From my experience its a good one.. All HPL brand led burning within 2-2.5 yrs

ഞാൻ സോളാറിൽ 12 V 7w LED ബൾബ് 4 എണ്ണം ബയോഗിക്കുന്നുണ്ട് അതു ഞാൻ അഴിച്ച് നോക്കിയപ്പോ 7 LED യും ഒരു സർക്ക്യൂട്ടും ആണ് അതിലുള്ളത് പക്ഷെ വ്യത്ത്യാസമെന്തെന്നാൽ 10w A/C ബൾബിനേക്കാൾ വെട്ടം 7 W DC LED ക്ക് ആണ്. പിന്നെ ഇത് കൈപിടിക്കുമ്പോൾ A/C LED ചൂടാകുന്നത്ര ചൂടാകുന്നില്ല. ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങീട്ട് 1 വർക്ഷം ആവാറായി ഇപ്പഴും നല്ല പെർഫോമെൻറ്സ് ഉണ്ട്.

LED Bulb അഴിച്ച രീതി ശരിയായില്ല. ആ Resistor രണ്ടും പൊട്ടിയില്ലേ. Heat sink നെ കുത്തിയെടുത്തതും ശരിയായില്ല. Bend ആയാൽ Heat desipation ശരിയാവില്ല.

വീട്ടിലെ LED അടിച്ചു പോയപ്പോൾ ഓപ്പൺ ചെയ്തു നോക്കി, 9W led ആണ്. ഉള്ളിൽ 9 led ഉണ്ട്, ബോർഡിൽ KP1061 ic ആണ് യൂസ് ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളത്. ഇതിൽ എന്ത് modification ചെയ്താൽ ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ പറ്റും. വീഡിയോയിൽ പറഞ്ഞത് പോലെ ഈ ic ഇൽ ഏതു റെസിസ്റ്റർ വാല്യൂ ചേഞ്ച്‌ ചെയ്യണം

Bro that led is dead. The reason is in this video. Probably one of the LED blew up since it is connected in series nothing will work. So u will have to replace the dead led.

@@sreejithau2113 Bro in the driver there is a resistor called R_isen. U will have to replace that resistor with a higher value resistor. So the light will be dim. So the temperature will be low.
