You can tell this was a long time ago, like 1970 or abouts, just by looking at the trousers they wore. Bell bottom, and tight. We all word them, from like 1967 untill the mid 70's. Along with "man" and "far out", and for the unlucky, "strung out".

Thank you Derek. I see you are a great and noble guy. Plus an incredible drummer too. You really play the role of John Bonham very serious and as played by you I see you give it the best of your ability. I hope to see you in the next show either at the Swap Meet at The Santa Fe Springs. Or in any other shows that I am able to be. It was an honor and pleasure to meet you. Take care my friend and I am glad that you enjoyed my perspective view of the band's performance. I did record some audio of the 3 sets but for some reason the second set is the only one that came out good. Except for 1 set and 3 set came out with like silent parts. But when I have time I'll upload 2 set. Thank you for enjoying the clips of your performance and the rest of band as well. Share it with Jim, Anthony and Swan too. Great job, and...... I pray for a full version of The Crunge with or without a segue into Dancin Days. Led Zeppelin is not my favorite band, but they wrote some of the best songs in modern history.

Oh yes…from late ‘70 through the European ‘73 tour. Then I believe he recorded on them only, going forward from that point. He always recorded on wooden shells, never the Vista’s.

@@luvbasses5487 also I believe he used the Ludwig stainless steel one in concert too. If I am not mistaken in late 1977 because in 1979 used in Knebworth he's green sparkle live too. I don't remember what he used in the 1980 European tour though. I don't think he used he's amber vistalite. Can't remember

The Stainless Ludwig’s debuted on 1st of April 1977 at Memorial Auditorium in Dallas. I do believe he used em at rehearsals just prior to the ‘77 tour kickoff too and maybe as early as late ‘76. He used this kit for all concerts going forward…until their final gig in Berlin, July 1980.

@@luvbasses5487 very well explained sir. I had to look up the information myself to make sure. Because I know a few things about John Bonham using Ludwig drums. I know that in 68' he used a Slingerland kit. Then Carmine Appice introduced him to the Ludwig thermo gloss maple kit then like you mentioned the green sparkle kit from 70' to 73' and Amber vistalite in 75 and 77' to 80' stainless steel. You got it sir 👍🏼

Where's the Japanese guitarist? I just don't feel the Jimmy Page tribute with this other guy. :( Not only did the Japanese guitarist theatrically portray Jimmy Page TO A T, he also sounded like him.
