I wonder whether Jason ever gets fed up with hearing and reading patronising shit about how he must feel so honoured to play with the same band that his late father did? I wonder if he just wishes that dickheads would stop comparing him to his dad. This clip shows that Page and Plant are well past their sell by date and should have retired after live aid in '85 where they were utter shite. I wonder whether deep down he just sees them as aging rock stars who although were good back in the day they were no pioneers of rock. Somehow they are now held up as the greatest rock band in the history of music. I honestly think this was probably the best Led Zep concert ever. No self-indulgence, no 20-minute drum solos, total focus and everyone clean. The only one who is fat and bald is the drummer and he is 20 years younger than the others because he is . . . the original drummer's son. Absolutely incredible. Oh and I was there.

I've watched in vid all their performances in this concert. Plant didn't had full power like old days, but still sings in a legendary class. Page sometimes sloppy and had lost his old performances. JPJ play perfect and didn't changed at all. Jason didn't steal the spotlight like his father. And they 4 weren't jamming too long like old days. They make this concert enjoyable for everyone, not for their fans only.

In the movie The Song Remains the Same we see a very young (maybe 6 or 7 years old) Jason playing a small drum kit next to his dad who was playing a normal kit. DNA had little to do with it. Like many kids he wanted to do what his dad did so he practiced while receiving lessons from John and became a great drummer.

@bfbros37372 жыл бұрын
@@paulgrennan9442 no, Led Zeppelin is fucking garbage literally their songs have no meaning whatsoever not like Pink Floyd, you could say numbers don’t lie all you want but most people don’t have taste rush, had the greatest drummer and greatest vocalist ever and an insane guitarist Nirvana had so much meaning in their lyrics even though they had very simple sounding songs, trust me there are better bands out there. I don’t think there is such thing as a best but I think Led Zeppelin is far from the top their songs are so basic, especially their guitar riffs, and they all sound the same. You could argue Nirvana and rush do that, but even Nirvana songs you can differentiate as similar as they are rush songs without a doubt sound similar but that mainly comes from their signature tone but I will say this Led Zeppelin has one thing Pink Floyd Rush, and Nirvana don’t, a pedophile as their lead guitarist. Plus, I don’t see their album that was on the billboards for 18 years Also, keep in mind numbers aren’t the only thing that make a great rock band.
