They were all on a par with one another regarding musical skill, talent and ability to be creative, no one bandmate was above the other, which I don't think you can say that about many other bands. While Jason does an adequate job , you can clearly hear the difference without John.Without JB its not Zepplin.

This was autotuned. I remember early bootlegs of the O2 concert and he did not sound like this. In fact, the very night of the concert, this song was broadcast on BBC News. If you listen carefully to the official release that came out quite a few years later, you can hear the processing on his voice. Anyone who seriously believes he hit the high note in Whole Lotta Love is deluded.

I wonder whether Jason ever gets fed up with hearing and reading patronising shit about how he must feel so honoured to play with the same band that his late father did? I wonder if he just wishes that dickheads would stop comparing him to his dad. This clip shows that Page and Plant are well past their sell by date and should have retired after live aid in '85 where they were utter shite. I wonder whether deep down he just sees them as aging rock stars who although were good back in the day they were no pioneers of rock. Somehow they are now held up as the greatest rock band in the history of music. John Bonham - great drummer and very inspirational to many but actually there were better before him and better now - I think that Jason is a more creative percussionist...

Its amazing how these men are the age of my grandparents and they still posses exponentially greater talent then most bands around today. They represent a wave of bands that did it themselves, and made great music out of it. ALL YOU POP BANDS WITH 10 DIFFERENT PRODUCERS FOR ONE SONG, Page produced almost every single song played at this concert. Could you do that? He also, god forbid, with Robert Plant, writes his own music. Is that conceivable today. Go Led Zeppelin. Jason is truly a fitting heir to Bonzo's throne, the guy has got some skills

***** (CHALLENGE! TRY TO TAKE THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPH SERIOUSLY) But for reals though, like Kanye is the most talented singer ever. Paul McCartney has the the privilege of working with Kanye. Compared to Kanye, Paul can't sing at all, and Kanye is a much better songwriter, I mean, "Bitch where is my croissant," trumps "Love was such an easy game to play, now I need a place to hide away." Every time.

AnthonyPudduMusic It's true that there are plenty of really good bands around today. You just need to search for them more because you won't find them on tv or radio. But it's also true that the 60s and 70s was a particularly incredible time for music.

With some few exceptions we don’t have musicians like these nowadays. At the time of this recording, Robert Plant was 59 years old. Just appreciate that for a second. His vocal chords have been around for almost 60 years by this point. I've watched in vid all their performances in this concert. Plant didn't had full power like old days, but still sings in a legendary class. Page sometimes sloppy and had lost his old performances. JPJ play perfect and didn't changed at all. Jason didn't steal the spotlight like his father. And they 4 weren't jamming too long like old days. No need to be dishonest because you like them. If this were average people covering the song, it would be heavily bashed. It's a great song, but Page cannot play as well as he used to and it shows.

The stage presence of Robert Plant and Jimmy Page, plus they being old just purely passes me more the idea of them being absolutely goats, just look at them, their posture, the way they still nail it like they did years ago.. this gets me completely shivered

@@paulgrennan9442 no, Led Zeppelin is fucking garbage literally their songs have no meaning whatsoever not like Pink Floyd, you could say numbers don’t lie all you want but most people don’t have taste rush, had the greatest drummer and greatest vocalist ever and an insane guitarist Nirvana had so much meaning in their lyrics even though they had very simple sounding songs, trust me there are better bands out there. I don’t think there is such thing as a best but I think Led Zeppelin is far from the top their songs are so basic, especially their guitar riffs, and they all sound the same. You could argue Nirvana and rush do that, but even Nirvana songs you can differentiate as similar as they are rush songs without a doubt sound similar but that mainly comes from their signature tone but I will say this Led Zeppelin has one thing Pink Floyd Rush, and Nirvana don’t, a pedophile as their lead guitarist. Plus, I don’t see their album that was on the billboards for 18 years Also, keep in mind numbers aren’t the only thing that make a great rock band. You actually have to have talent which I’m sure you forgot by now.

@@paulgrennan9442 pink Floyd is one of the greatest bands ever their songs are so beautiful. Seriously though regardless of what you think all of their songs had meaning and they were so fucking beautiful. Since you probably couldn’t figure out for yourself, which of their songs were best, I recommend comfortably numb. Wish you were here us and them another brick in the wall part two And money

The first time I saw this, I was in awe. They got better. After everything that they put themselves through, and what life put them through, they got better. The only thing that holds me from saying stop music is, they would disagree.
