The lyrics were written by Jimmy Page before Robert Plant had started to write. He has said that he didn't particularly like the lyrics thinking they were a bit silly and that he was glad Robert took over after that. Jimmy believed that if the vocalist wrote the lyrics they would be sung with more passion. As usual Jimmy was so insightful.

This song was about an annoying groupie, that hung on the band & crew. The band I believe never performed it live, because they actually hated it, yet fans love it. I think she made her rounds with the crew, maybe the band too. It was always played on the radio immediately following Heartbreaker, they always like went together. It is a great upbeat song, & that’s why we all love it so much. As always, thank you for your reaction, so much more great Led Zeppelin to go.
