I listen to Led Zeppelin songs every day. They are the only ones who don't tire me. They are cheeky, naughty, mystical, enigmatic, sometimes they’re kinda wild one and other times they are sweet like the most tender of lovers. Even if I've heard their songs hundreds of times, I always discover a different detail, which is why it's so fascinating

I listen to some form of Jimmy Page everyday including non Zeppelin ,that he played on in the studio ! That`s a lot of music !!

@@17nussbaumroad In addition to Zeppelin songs, I listen to isolated Bonham drum tracks during my daily hike/run. There’s nothing better than hearing that booming sound and Bonzo’s screams and growls…I can assure you that it keeps me in great shape 😊

Yes, no one else even comes close. No one. Until everyone stopped listening to FM radio and use streaming and such, there was usually an hour per day blocked off for Led Zep alone....get the led out or some such. At prime time driving hour. On top of that, there were theaters that played the song remains the same for literally a decade on weekend nights. You won't be hearing a song with the length of dazed and confused or Kashmir on the radio ever again in your life. Or even one being made nowadays that is that good. Plant was the frontman everyone wanted to be (including DLR), Page was the guitarist that made a guitarist a household name along with his own style (way before Eddie, and Hendrix ironically got more popular and influential after his death), Bonham.....what can you say.....there isn't a rock drummer alive that doesn't want to emulate him, and next to no one can. And the greatest utility musician of all time, along with being an incredible arranger/composer in Jones.

No other band comes close to Led Zeppelin for their versatility and superb arrangements. The fact that the band has four of the best musicians who ever came together tells you all you need to know that Led Zeppelin are the greatest. Every song is excellent.

For the doubters out there that reckon Cream, Beatles, Etc were more influential than Zeppelin, I ask you this. Ask any kid today which drummer, singer, lead guitarist they aspire to be in their rock band, I’ll eat my hat if they choose the Cream/Beatles members over Zeppelin. Ringo over Bonham, McCartney/Lennon over Page/Plant? Are you kidding? Not in my universe.

I love LZ, but there are other bands too who were equally influential. e.g. Beatles, Hendrix Experience, Cream, Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, Deep Purple, just to name a few.

I like LZ, but Hendrix and the Beatles were far MORE important and influential in History of music. Together with Dylan. Even the Cream were more innovative than LZ. Also Paul, John, George (Beatles) and Jimi Hendrix were all super talented songwriters. Neither Plant and Page were real songwriters. Better players, in some cases (not compared with Hendrix, the GOAT), not better musicians or composers for sure

It is a bit like seeing a great firework and then giving the credit to the blue touch paper- because you believe that is what brought it all about.

As a massive Zep head of nearly forty years, I will concede that the Beatles TRULY ARE the “best or greatest band ever”. That really is not even within the realm of debate. However, Zeppelin was, is and WILL ALWAYS BE the *ultimate* rock band.

I was gifted I & II in 1969 and I loved them! When I heard LZ III for the first time, I was very disappointed. Lost interest in LZ after that .

Look at the songwriting credits on Led Zeppelin's original albums, and compare them with the songwriting credits on Led Zeppelin's re-issued albums ! NOTICE ANY FUCKING DIFFERENCE ???? If thats true then why did all bands back then wish they could be Led Zeppelin and why do today`s bands always mention Led Zeppelin ? Cause they`re are so overrated ?? lol I was lucky to see them in 77 and at 54 I`m pushing 2,000 concerts and it`s still one of the BEST concerts I ever saw !
