Saw led Zeppelin in 1973 on the House's Of The Holy tour at Madison Square Garden. Lots of weed and very very loud.

Funky, isn’t it? Good reaction! John “Bonzo” Bonham passed away in 1980 from Alchohol poisoning. The band disbanded once he was gone they felt they couldn’t carry on. He was such a big part of their sound. Incredibly powerful drummer! RIP 👏🏻🎸😎

Greetings from England ! There's no mistaking the Bonham drum sound.Bonzo left us in 1980. His son Jason also plays drums and joined Led Zep for their gig at London's O2 Arena in Dec 2007.Check out the D.V.D. - Celebration Day ( recording of the O2 concert) Kind Regards.

John Bonham is definitely on drums on this song. John Bonham was and will always be the only drummer to fill those shoes.

Led Zeppelin never recorded another song after Bonham passed. Bonzo is on every song.

Have you had the opportunity to watch their concert Celebration Day 2007 at London? If not I highly recommend it because it's fantastic. They preformed this song along with many of their other great songs including my favorite Kashmir. Jason Bonham, John Bonham's son played the drums and was magnificent. Anyway great review of this iconic song. Have a great day beautiful lady. 🎶

This song is not only an homage to Terraplane Blues, but a John Paul Jones nod to Stevie Wonder's Superstitious, from around the same time.

John Bonham sadly died back in 1980 causing Zepplin to call it quits. They played Live Aid with your boy, Mr Phillip Collins on drums and then afterwards used John's son Jason for several things. IMHO, Physical Graffiti was the best album they ever put out. The two standout tracks and best showcase for John Bonhams talent on this album are The Rover and In My Time of Dying. Check em out, you'll love it!!

My dad got me into this amazing track back in the 80s, when I was about nine. Another great band I got into myself not too long ago was called Ford Theatre and the album was called Trilogy for the Masses, from 1969.

The live version is really good. But another song off of this album "In my time of Dying." That live version is amazing! Studio is very good too. I think it's Zeps longest song. Physical is a MONSTER of a double album because it's really good. Every song on the first album is out of this world good. And it ends with Kashmir. maybe their second most popular song.
