I remember the 1st time hearing this album, I borrowed it from a friend and NEVER returned it. I'm now 68 year old/young. I listen to Led Zeppelin daily. Today's my birthday 01/02/2025.

The week that this album was released I was giddy with joy. I purchased it and immediately went home and listened to it. What first struck me was the loud guitars were gone and the songs had become way more mellow. A real exercise in turning every thing inward. The songs drew you into this new realm of Led Zeppelin …..They were forging forward into uncharted territory……I savoured the new sound till their next album arrived……..4
