THIS (Picture) is EXACTLY want I want and need... because I want to Smoke Beef Jerky... But.. I'm a little confused.... Do you ONLY Sell "Pimp My Grill" .. Grills for GMG? Is the GMG... and offset smoker... (not pellets)... Thank you for your help.

As nice as your racks are I wouldn't mind drilling a couple of holes to permanent mount them. Who would ever go back to the single shelf?

Hey terry, thanks for the comment. The single set bolt provides significant advantages. first the install takes me about 30 seconds and without any tools required. Drilling holes and requiring tools would create a lengthy install process. Second, drilling holes in your grill would most certainly void the factory warrant. Finally, you can use a 7/16 wrench for piece of mind if you really want to tighten them. I suppose you can drill some holes if you want to permanently mount them, but it is absolutely not necessary.
