The entire video shoot was very loose and fun. And you're right, Lee had no idea that was coming. It was the final shot, coming at the end of 14+ hours of shooting. And you can see she still had her sense of humour!

Isn't her real name Kathy Greenburg. Lee Aaron was the name of the group and the name just stuck to her, just like Metal Queen from album of the same name.
