@@SaeedReacts. The eldest girl, Aubrie Sellers is also the daughter of country singer Jason Sellers and although she was about nine years old then, she is 33 years old now and is a country singer herself. The background male vocals are by the band Sons of the Desert, made up of Scott Saunders, Doug Virden, Brian Westrum and brothers Tim and Drew Womack, although they are not related to Lee Ann.

"to sit it out" is slang for choosing not to participate. So she is saying that when you have a choice to participate in life or not to, that you should go for it. It's not about people who are unable to walk or dance, but people who sit on the sidelines and watch other people do it.
@SaeedReacts.Ай бұрын
I definitely got that, but i just included that part to say that if we are able to do it dont sit on the sidelines. And also go after your dreams.
@katrinaprescott5911Ай бұрын
@@SaeedReacts. Sorry, I just wanted to make sure you didn't miss anything because of an idiom. Your English is excellent (far better than my French or German) but idioms can be tricky. I apologize if I implied any criticism of your language skills.

The harmony at the end gets me every time..."Who wants to look back on their years and wonder where those years have gone?" 😭 They go so fast! This is pretty cheesy, but before we go to sleep each night my husband and I thank each other for what they did for us and express our gratitude for everything we have. We don't have a luxurious life, but we have a home full of love with the two of us and our cat, and I am thankful every day for that. Thank you for reacting to this song! It really makes one reflect on the choices we have in front of us, and remind us that life is short and we should live it to the fullest. ❤

Cried happy tears all the way through. It's a special, special song to me and my daughters. And yes, the two young girls in the video are Lee Ann's daughters. Saeed, do you have a P.O. Box? I would really like to send your daughter the I Hope You Dance book. I see you have an email address. I can email you if you are open to the gift. Thanks again, Saeed!

Thanks for recommending it. I was inspired by the line: "I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean" I shared some pics on my patreon and the following caption. So i decided to take my daily walk here today at the beach by the North Sea. High season is over so most tourists are gone now and it is very peaceful here today. A soft breeze carries salty flavours and i the corners of my mouth forming a smile. I sat down to meditate for a while and felt a tremendous amount of gratitude. Being able to see this vast amount of water, hearing the waves that almost sound as they are the breath of the earth pulling sand and the secrets of many wanderers like myself back into the deep. With closed eyes, I feel the gentle wind on my skin, making waves in my own hair, and I remember-it’s important to take a pause. I do not currently have a P.O. box, but you can always reach out via mail. Have a wonderful day!

Older song like this i actually found by accident like 10 years ago from a TV ad was "fight song", i was working on trying to get a cert for a job and struggling with parts of it. Never thought would use that part, had a few times i had to use and actually ended up figuring out some useful techniques that were more a side effect of knowing this. This type song now makes me think of my last 5 years going from horses being one of my biggest fears to doing riding lesson for 5 years and being able to ride fast, patterns, prepwork, etc. Started I figured try once atleast just say i tried and atleast have a real reason not to like, but I've pretty much fallen in love with them.
