Brian Cockerill could listen all day long is like listening to the old story's my granddad used to tell me when i was a kid brilliant.

Almost every man I know who used to shift huge weights at the gym back in the day are all physically fucked now, all that stress on the human body takes its toll eventually. I was one of the critics of this fella on here but seeing how he's turned things around and the health problems he's had that he's struggled to overcome has changed my mind and now regret my judgment of him. Keep going big man, your irrepressible.
