They did because they are going out together even after Their drama. Minho is even supportive to Ku hye sun event like premier night of her first directorial job and art exhibit. They have couple ring, bracelet, clothes, shoes and tweet from Ku hye sun where you can hear lee min ho voice. One of the interview of Ku hye sun in May 2013 consider lee min ho as her Omma because he is giving her freedom and helping her till she grow which means base is her description they have a deeper relationship. In her Blood interview she admitted that she had a secret relationship with a celebrity long time but they break up because she felt that the guy gives importance to his career more then her. Lee min ho also like to give hint in his out of the country and k dram that KHS owns his heart no matter what. So believe they had a deep relationship before from 2009-2014.
