《Ingredients》
Plain noodle
Prawn, Calamari, Cabbage, Carrot, Onion
Spring onion, Garlic, Baby bamboo, Tree-ear mushroom, Shiitake mushroom, White mushroom
Chicken stock, Oyster sauce, Starch, Soy sauce, Taste sake, Sesame sauce
《Recipe》
1. Pour enough cooking oil in a pot to fry noodle and heat.
2. Shred 1 leaf of cabbage, 1/4 onion, enough of all kinds of mushroom and baby bamboo, 4 pieces of garlic, 1 white part of spring onion.
3. Slice 1/2 calamari.
4. Once oil in the pot is heated(around 180 degrees c), put in noodles and deep fry.
5. Put in 2 spoons of cooking oil, shredded spring onion and garlic in a new pan and stir fry.
6. Shortly after, put in all veggies including mushrooms and stir fry until they die down.
7. Once veggies die down, put in 1 spoon of soy sauce, 200mL of water, 1/2 spoon of chicken stock, 1 spoon of oyster sauce and boil.
8. When it starts to boil, put in shredded calamari, 7 prawns, 1 spoon of taste sake and boil.
9. Mix 2/3 spoons of starch and 1 spoon of water to create starch water and pour in to the pan slowly to get the right density.
10. Once it fully boils, put in garlic chives, and pour around sesame oil once.
11. Pour the sauce on top of fried noodles and you are ready to dig in!
