Leeds is certainly gaining a very good skyline, the city has some nice clusters of tall buildings with many new skyscrapers currently under construction. In my opinion id say in a couple of years time leeds will have the best skyline of any city outside london

I remember going to Leeds in the early 2000's and being very pleasantly surprised, but this is amazing. There does in fact seem to be some levelling up in Leeds and Manchester, Liverpool. However, this levelling is quite erratic. I don't know how Hull, Wigan etc are doing in comparison.
