Incredible! Pertinent! and timely. Very real and authentic. At first, I wasn't called to listen because I made an inaccurate judgment - I'm not a musician, so I thought I wouldn't connect. How wrong I was. I don't do mushrooms - so once again my judgment was wrong. But I am a creative being and I am a writer and I am sharing my words publicly. This podcast was so right on and perfect for me to watch and re-wind here and there to absorb. This is a powerful podcast for any creative. Next week I'll be 78 - and I absolutely related and connected to it all. Thank you!

I have appreciated Johnny Cash's music and stories and spirit for many years I did not get the chance to hear/see him live...But hearing you speak of his lineage took me back to the feelings of when I did hear/ see his daughter Rozanne Cash in an intimate performance in Ottawa Ontario Canada in 2010 It was particularly special because Johnny Cash was someone I heard my mom listen to and sing along with when I was a child and Rozanne Cash immediately became a voice and performer that I enjoyed from the first time I heard her. 7 year ache is a song that is one of my favs. When I saw/ heard Rozanne in Ottawa it was one of her comeback concerts of returning touring on healing from brain surgery. Rozanne was so appreciative of life and it came through in her stage performance and the chat she shared with the small group attending the intimate performance . It was such a blessed honour to have chose to come to the weekend long event of musicians and hanging out candidly chatting with Rozanne Cash was the highlight. I got a wonderful sense of the lineage of musical influences from her family and life experience.

I first came across "Grandmothersphere" while processing a particularly dense and intense DNoTS cycle. For all of the reasons, the struggle was real and intentionally so. I was very much at a pivot point in life and not in alignment with my surroundings. I'm very much an ear phone gal and in less than 3 seconds, from the field sounds to the piano notes, I was immediately stilled. I felt as though I was hearing a profoundly intimate and resonant truth gently and reassuringly murmured into my ears. One that I needed more than I knew. It was the most spiritually affirming sonic message that felt like the warmest soul hug imaginable. "Grandmothersphere" and "10 Laws" remain on high rotation on my personal playlist and I regularly suggest East Forest to my clients. Thank you, so much, Trevor, for your creative output: it is much needed and appreciated! Lee, thank you, as always for these *amazing* interviews! You are a truly exceptional host and your guest list is unbeatable. Thank you for all that you and your team do and share; it's phenomenal. Thank you both for continuing to enrich the world in the best ways possible. We honestly are the ones we have been waiting for.

as a music consumer I always wanted to almost excessively suck in all about the music and its artists. passion! as a songwriter I always want to give out my inner guts and express my thoughts and feelings in sounds, lyrics and melodies so that I myself get shivers (good ones) everytime I am listening. passion! do what you feel, connect with passion 😊

Thank You for this Inspirational conversation🦋 As a musician, I deeply resonated with your comments 'follow your Bliss' and Trusting your Heart, and not adding anymore 'noise' to the world. I just recently released a song and video on youtube called "Taxi" that is part of a larger project to 'follow Heart' 💞and to keep on Trusting the Ride!
