@@myleereagan4545 ok my apologies. You can go to the health food store and they generally sell them there. Just get some that are for the body, they generally are chelated, there are colloidal copper too i got from Amazon. Copper should be taken with zinc and iron as they balance each other out; and copper, collagen/bone broth and vitamin C work well in building arteries, you really feel it when you take them all together. The point is to give the body the building blocks it needs to build and repair the artery wall, all these things is what they are comprised of. GOD bless you and i hope this works for you and help give you a good, long life.
