I have heard in other video, that " ji sui" is used for less than 10 years old, and " duo da" is for above 10 years. Please clear this.

Hi! You could say that, but I would say "我已经学习中文三年了." I added '已经' which makes my sentence "I've been studying Chinese for three years."
