I rarely comment on KZbin videos but I have to for this! I love this pattern! Thank you for posting such an easy to follow tutorial. What I love about this is it looks so impressive without it being difficult! Once you get the pattern down you can crochet away whilst watching tv or doing anything else, it’s easy to see where you left off or make a mistake and you don’t have to unravel a bunch of count stitches. I made one for my pregnant sister in law and she said it’s the best thing she’s ever seen me make and I agree! I’m immediately starting a second blanket for my best friend who is also pregnant, I can’t wait to finish this one and pass it on! Thank you!

This may be my favorite stitch of all time. Weldon's Victorian Crochet called it Crazy Stitch. It forms a perfect square if you start from a single motif and increase every row, 3-spoke, dblcrost. Not much you can't make with it. Makes a pretty trim. I make a roll of strip trim with it to increase a bra strap sizeable with buttons. Glad you brought it out here. I call it Diagonal Bias. Can be made 2-spoke. Versatile.

Thank you for the lovely pattern and your clear and concise instructions. I appreciate you taking the time to put together and produce this video. 14:42 However, I was unhappy with the ending row with the open triangles. May I suggest something a little different? Begin the last row as directed, that is double crochet in the first sc, sc in ch3 space, *dc in next st, hdc in next st, sc in next st, sc in ch3 space* across to last stitch. Two dc in last stitch and finish off. The last row then matches the first row rather than having the open triangles across the end. I hope this makes sense. Again, I want to thank you for posting this lovely, easy pattern.

Thank you for making these instructions so easy. I just finished the blanket. This is the first blanket I ever made. It was so easy and it looks beautiful. I was thinking of putting a boarder on it. Have you ever put a boarder on one of these blankets?
