My limiting belief is “I don’t have time to take care of myself” to rewrite this belief I would change to “I deserve to indulge in self care so that I can fill my own cup and recharge my mind body and soul!”

A limiting belief for me is that I am behind in life and not doing what I’m supposed to be doing just because I haven’t hit the expected milestones by 28. How I rewrite this is that I am exactly where I need to be right now and everything I am doing + cultivating in my life even in the small ways is divinely guided and leading me in the right path! I am on my own timing and will get to where I need to be.

Leeor :) so happy to see you in this phase, mom to be and with the relationship and home you always wanted and finally manifested into your life 🥰 very inspiring 🙏🏼❤️💫 as a mom to be myself, i have the limiting believe that I can only choose one, or being a mom or focusing on my career (not surprisingly this is how i grew up, my mom gave up her career to be a stay at home mom..) . What i am trying to break with this limiting believe is to repeat to my self, that there can be a balance, mom life and work life, both i will need to make me happy and a balance is possible 🙏🏼🥰💫 and so it is 🥰
