Taught myself here 74-75. Back then you needed a 25 mph wind. SAND is the ONLY place to learn!

Cape Cod was very nice too. The other one less interesting for me, I like flying low and slow ;) Keep it up, you're great!

Erosion has taken its toll on the Pacific Coast Hwy as well. Houses overlooking the Pacific (LA. Pacific Palisades, et al) have disappeared. 400 foot lawns gone with houses now on the cliff with the same drop as these dunes. And you can't insure land. The 3-5x million $ values disappear. I remember some of these houses from the 60s......

Been thinking of going for a paramotor/ paraglider for a while now. Change of plans, hang glider and flphg it is.Those paraglider collapses scare me,that risk is not there with hang gliding. Gonna buy a glider and practice on hills
