Damn this is a fountain of knowledge. It is so true, ' You are as strong as your weakest excuse'. I have been doing a lot of that, but Its time to face reality. I have to do what I have to do. It's going to be painful, but what the heck.🙏🏿💪🏿

@@LeeWeiland I’m mostly being my own coach right now. I don’t have a consistent schedule or money to afford working with a trainer. Perhaps there exists a coach that could work with me, but I don’t know how I’d go about finding such a person.

2006, had a sebere shoulder injury, stuck a camera and 4 ceramic anchors to hold it togehter from 6 oclock to 11 oclock. The cartilage was shredded, competely. 17 years later and aged to perfection at 47😅: no pain, 100% mobility, now working on being a total athlete, like you 🙏. Inspirational and useful info as always! Any chance you could dedicate a video to wrists? It may be one of the smallest joints but the weakest link of many and very important in this kind of training. 😅 Would love to see your approach on bulletproofing wrists.
@LeeWeiland Жыл бұрын
Nope. Not making instructionals. Get a coach because everyone is unique and videos don't solve a thing.
@don-dori Жыл бұрын
Probably misunderstood. I meant something like the videos you've already done multiple times for shoulders, lower back and other joints and muscles but never covered the importance of wrists specifically. Simply informational for anyone interested into this. Ninjas have wrists too 🥷 Anyway, keep up the great work inspiring people! 💪
@LeeWeiland Жыл бұрын
Even those videos you mention are not instructional. Everyone is unique and videos don't solve the problem.

Ok I really really do not feel strong ever since I have stopped doing sit up's and crunches. I have stopped doing them because I have diastasis recti and have been told to avoid these two moves as well as others. I do not feel planks do anything or much for my strength. Is there something I can do to work my way up to these? I cannot afford PT or personal training.
