Thank you do much for this awesome video. L5-S1 disc herniation, physio, osteopathy, Acupuncture, chiro, medications, TENS, heat/cold packs and still having sciatic pain and trouble walking. Doctor says l need surgery, l said No. I have to try everything possible before that. I am sooooo grateful that l found your video. Thank you 🙏🙏🙏

I have a important question so every time you bent the knees thats a kinda squat so if I understand it correctly you have to keep youre upperbody always in the same position (straight back)? Is that the same in the oppisit way when youre legs are straight you can roll the back ? So bending the knees and back togheter and then getting up is not good for the disks ? Its one way or another straight legs or straight back ?

Have a question, gonna start with 100 but against the wall so I have more feeling what to expect from rhe bridge. Do I have to do them in 1 session or is it ok to do 2 session morning and evening 50 50 ? Ps great look on the sports. Gonna start more jumping and less squating. Keep up the videos my friend?? Thq

I have 3 buldging disc and one herniated disc one larbum tear in my left shoulder and a meniscus tear in both knees an acl tear this is the only surgey i did. I was weightlifting about 6 years and become stronger i could bench press 400 lbs and deadlifts 640 lbs and my weight was 200 lbs that time with 17 body fat. After my lower hack injuri fron a rotation exercise yes hahahahqhq 😅 iam at shame for that because i thought i was so strong i could not train for a month. At that time i rethink everything about training and i did some mobility tests and videos of my posture and it was all horrible I then changed into bodyweight trainjng and my thoughts was to leanr to controll my body and make me mobile again. I found a mentor and now i do bodyweight he is amazing i am lighter thwn bevore look better and move better and its just 6 month. I can to a front lever now Greetings from greece

15:24 seriously? This is the worse technique i have ever seen. Even drunked amateurs on dancefloor do that better. Notice, everything the bald guy does is with the worse technique on the market.

Very well spoken! I really appreciate the positive attitude. Since starting somewhere between stage 2 & 3 of the pyramid you showed, I have already achieved so many new skills. And more & more people in my gym are interested in my 'weird' training. I refer them all to your channel. Thx, you're inspiring me; and I have not said that to many people.
