It is hearthwarming to see this great training with these people. I won`t give up trying to train nearly like this!

This type of training reminds me of abstract studies such as learning a different language which starts neural genesis which mega great for the brain and mind!!!

HI. I love to watch these videos. I turn 77 in a few days. If I knew I'd live for another 30 or more years, Dang! I'd love to move out there and train from average to excellent to Pacific Rim training and enjoy doing these moves I love to watch. I'd have no other activities, this would be the main thing my life was for, and then I'd slowly get more cautious and slow until I left Earth. That would be so satisfying. Happy New Year!

May I suggest less talk before getting to the techniques? I end up fast-forward Ing five or six minutes into the video to get to the content that I’m looking for.

Hey @LeeWeiland Question: In order to do a pull-up one needs to be able to do 20 chin-ups ? Seems a lot!
@tomiibarrientos94403 күн бұрын
I can do almost 7 chinups and i already can do a pull-up. But maybe he's talking about that strict chest to bar pullups, maybe for that you need 20 chinups.

Love your videos. Thank you so much. My lower back is getting stronger with less pain and my shoulder pain is almost gone. Can you make a video on twist progression starting with most basic for spinal injury, to be able to work up to meat hook?

I was a bboy from around 1999 to 2006. A lot of friends stopped doing it but forever on I always made sure I did a few flares, windmills, air tracks, 1990s each week.. to this day at age 40 I can do these moves perfectly. Breaking has evolved so much and I don’t consider myself a bboy at all in today’s skill levels but for the fitness sake these foundation moves are so good. Also I’m impressed you call them air tracks, not many people use this name but that’s what they were always called when I was a young bboy

I just invented pushups on the other side of my fingertips. There are two more joints in the fingers after the knuckles. Sorry, I had 4 pints of cider at the pub on Christmas eve and the landlord marched me out for confrontational eye contact with a Godless reprobate this evening. I want to name them tiger claw push ups, but they are on the back of the fingers rather than the tips. Thanks for the coaching. More please.........When your ready.

What is the best way training and fixing your back according to these principles? Do you have a training/coaching program online? I’m really considering moving close to your facility for about 4-6 weeks to try it out… Should I, or there’s some online coaching possible?

I get back pain from exercising and now from this video I think I know how to fix it. Please keep making these .. they’re really helpful.

Thank you kind sir. Lots of stretching was my chiropractors orders. After the pinched sciatic nerve drama took out my left hip and leg two months ago, my talented Chiro lady has successfully managed to panel beat my three lower vertebrae causing all the trouble (either side of L5?) back into place! , im 54 and 5'3' and she is not much taller than me, a whispy little thing....i tell ya, she is a lot stronger than she looks that's for sure!! Back is good, no more leg pain now, but i gotta keep doing my stretches!!
