Which explains why Zoey is always so pissed off at the L4D2 either before or after they've driven across the lowered bridge. However what I don't understand is why Zoey would allow herself and the others (Louis and Francis) to help them lower the bridge in the first place if it had already cost Bill to die while raising it originally. If I were Zoey I would have told the L4D2 gang that they'd have to lower the bridge themselves and explain why.

But it gets a bit spiritual with the "I'll be with ya in a minute" since he knows he's about to die soon and that he'll try to have his spirit be there for them.

I love how Annie and Jeff's fate has ended on a cliffhanger in this comic. I really hope those two somehow got out, because even though they're probably not immune, they can still be skilled enough to fight the zombies off from what they heard. Also, I really don't understand why Valve just basically gave up L4D2. It has great gameplay elements and survivors, I wish they made a comic about the L4D2 survivors too. They're as lovable as the first ones, Valve just don't give them normal backstories like they did here. They even connected their story better than L4D1, because they gave us info on why they're on different places, but they basically stopped the last campaign on a cliffhanger (I don't know if Cold Stream is canon or not).

L4D2 characters shared the same scenario tho. Remember in Parish? 1.Military still shooting humans who aren't immune. (Means They only leave the immune people alive and the non immune people are left to die or shot threw the Wall) 2.Non military helicopters are taken down by military jets. 3.Military in new orleans only accept humans that are immune ( it means they still researching for vaccine, means they will use Coach and the others to make a cure, just like the military that are planning to use Bill and the others) When you speak on the radio on the final stage of Parish, you will hear military are desperate on asking the guys if they are immune. (imagine if they say to the military radio that they arent immune, military probably will shoot them down generally) So if you think the L4D2 had a Good ending compare to the other one, think again.

Rhys Jackson Actually the tanks don't exactly eat their victims and mostly just pound them to death with their large fists. Hell it might be hard for the tank to eat seeing as theit mouths seemed wired open as well. As for common infected they seem to just either: A) bite into the person, infecting them and then leaving them alone because they are now like them. B) rip them limb from limb/ smashing them to pieces which means death. C) Claw at them until they are down and either incap or dead without biting them. Or D) do it off panel

Day walker I just always wondered because when you find his corpse in the DLC. I just found it weird that it wasn’t bitten into or decomposing. I mean I get that left 4 dead is an old game and I’m sure if it was running with next gen graphics that it would be more in detail. Thx for making those points. I never really payed attention to the zombies story in this franchise. I just played it to have fun and unwind when I was stressed that and I loved trolling my friends on every level.

Rhys Jackson No problem mate, I know Bill is tough but he is still old so I feel just after the tanks all punch him maybe twice that his bones would break or he would be incapacitated from blood loss so then the tanks would leave him alone since they don't really mess with dead bodies (Or someone knocked out and not breathing)
