The Crochet Snood is so dark and mysterious. The latest Wednesday on Netflix has revived this classic concept back to the younger generation.
Oh my gawd, when she got the snood from her friend and the look, what the hell is it! I lost my mind! I knew exactly what it was! She ended up wearing this as part of her character.
I knew that the younger generation, non-crocheters, may be interested in this. I filmed an ABSOLUTE BEGINNER TUTORIAL featuring this pattern. See the bottom of the article for a right- or left-hand tutorial.
Besides keeping away evil, the snood can be worn as a head covering or cowl format. Maybe you have a child interested in making this or maybe you don't know how to crochet; the tutorial is designed to help you from the very beginning.
