Look up how he got fired from his job as a Shock Jock DJ at a Washington DC radio station. On the air, he called up Florida Air and asked how much it would cost to get a ticket to the 14th Street Bridge. Some conversation then... it abruptly went to commercial. Then - no more Howard Stern. He got physically YANKED from the broadcast booth and summarily fired.
