It would be nice to also list power zones for people that have them to follow.

Hi I tried the low cadence workout today I am 73 years old and 4 months down the road from cancer surgery I found it very difficult and hard but enjoyable. I managed the first one minute out of the saddle ok but the second I only got to 30 seconds and the last one I completed the minute. Will follow you again Cheers Barry 👍

Great session!! Good to be forced to pedal at cadence well above the comfort zone 🙂 Only thing that could make this (and the upcoming session) better is if you could show the cadence for the next interval. Wasting precious time finding the right gear 🤣

Loved it. I’m 57 and pretty much a weekend rider but mon to fri, I’m a GCN advocate for the pain cave. Done so many of these training vids and they are awesome and yes I’m bragging, 57 and I can still hold my own out on the bike with people half my age. Thank you to all at GCN, your keeping me young in mind, maybe not so much in body but I’m putting up a fight.

Well Manon, that was a bit different from the norm! I really enjoy just putting myself in to whatever the GCN session throws at me, it’s like Christmas as it’s the gift that keeps giving. Thanks again GCN and continue with the great work and dedication which comes across in all your sessions.

@tomjames87812 жыл бұрын
I have been combining sessions to get longer spin time. Increases variety when I am looking for 40-60 minutes of spin time. These new shorter additions are very focused and helps me stay in the moment. Not watching the time. There are several longer sessions on the GCN that are excellent. Matt’s 60 minute power/endurance video is all time favorite.

More 40-50 min sessions with specific goals for cyclists (Power build up, climbing, sprinting). I'd also like to see the older training videos like the ones at Passo Giau that predate this new sub channel added here and to have more training sessions in that style as well.

Solid session and idea. I really like the change of pace. I’d appreciate a heads up on cadence though (both on screen and verbally - only when the rep starts does the presenter mention cadence). I was caught really off guard by the last set as it was different from the first two and there was no indication it would be. I was all set for 6/10 at 50rpm but was surprised when she said 100rpm, and it took me 30s out of the 1 min to adjust. That little detail which isn’t available on screen would be clutch. Thank you for all you do!
