Leg curl and leg extension attachment that works with any bench

Nice video! I was curious if you could share the dimensions of the post that slides into the adapter. I'm trying to see if my bench which accepts 1 3/4" x 1 3/4" posts will work with this attachment without the adapter, though I can get that part too if need be.

It can easily be done. I wish I could send you a video of how someone did it with the Ironmaster attachment. It’s a bit hard to search for so sending it would just be easier. I set it up a little differently for a friend but got it to work well with him and his cable system.

Nice! I like it a lot. My only complaint is that I wish the pads were a little thicker but I am happy with it. I do see myself replacing those pads in the future at some point.

Set it in decline so your hamstring are pre stretched to get full contraction

You could but you would need some type of kickstand to hold the weights at the top so that you could get into position. Im not sure its a good solution for that. The SSB has been my goto for both standing and sitting calf raises

Yes. you dont actually attach it to the bench. Easy mod to make it stable too.

By chance do you know the model of the rep bench of the guy in the FB group? Some of Rep’s bench’s have handles so it won’t fit on that end. I went to their website and can’t find the exact bench lol. TIA

I dont know which bench but it shouldnt matter. Just screw a piece of wood to the attachment and lay the bench feet on it - makes it very stable for any bench. Without that wood piece its usable but has some instability. I am still using it stand alone for both curls and extensions with bands but can see that I may need to add the wood piece in the future

How about the Hero attachment, they look kind of identical? I'm using it for a Rogue bench, but I'm not quite sure if there's any difference between the hero and the buzzsaw?
