​@@Dennisgoyette Hospitals are overloaded with ICU patients and admitted patients, life saving surgeries and care has been suspended indefinitely until we can get a hold on COVID - that's why gyms are closed.

As a tall lifter I use Antoine's partial lockout thing he showed you all the time. Several years ago I met a 6'5 guy who had massive legs and asked him for some tips. And the ONE tip he had was not to fully extend on any leg pressing exercise. "What's the point of standing there with a barbell sitting on your spine? Keep the weight loaded on your legs. Never fully stand up." I've also seen a lot of other tall lifters never really lockout a squat or leg press so at least among the tall lifter community it seems to be a tip that gets passed around a lot.

@@Tynamiitti just the wear and tear/demands are harsh. Using peds isn't the real issue. Sure some people take it too far and dose every day then die at 45. Alot of people take strict responsibility with their doping with blood tests and the whole deal. You would be surprised with the amount of science behind this age of ped use. Like for me if I take too much test it'll severely raise my estrogen levels and be worse off than being natty. If I take the right amount in the proper intervals then it will work wonders on growth. This is just one example of thousands.

At 11:20 Antoine said "Dans le fond tu te mets sur la machine, tu fais des squats puis tu fermes ta gueule" which translates to "Just get on the machine, do your squats and shut the hell up". Just a french viewer passing by.

Love the way Antoine warms up. Not trying to tell anyone what to do, but there's a reason why Matt wenning is a boss. Pick 3 exercises: I usually do one for back, one that mimics my main movement and then one that works my weakness for whatever I'm training that day. 4 sets, 25 reps each. That's 300 reps of work before even starting the workout. Have done this for every single workout for the past 3 years, and it has worked wonders.

Juji sounded so happy to discover coffee brewing, I brought a big pot off coffee to a practice one time and while my workout were going good I was pretty embarrassed walking around fumbling coffee while it was stained on my white shirt lol,,,

Can anyone explain why lunges are generally so disliked? As someone who has been doing fencing for over 15 years I seriously can't imagine a life without lunges haha. Love all the content Juji, love the energy

I used to hate lunges until I started training my tibs and calves more, as well as adding split squats. Stole these ideas from Ben Patrick (kneesovertoesguy) because I could barely do bodyweight squats without discomfort.
