Exercise duration/ 40 sec work- 20 sec rest
Equipment/ 20 lbs. Dumbbells- soft matt- water bottle- Towel
Rounds-Sets/ 2
Muscles Targeted/ Quads- Hamstrings- Calves
Intensity/ 8 out of 10
Warm up/ 3 minutes
Cooldown/ 5 minutes
Exercise difficulty/ Hard
