Squats 3 sets till failure?? 😂😂 Mar jaayega squats failure tak bina koi support kiya tho 😅 barbell squats are one of the few exercises where training to failure is not advisable.. also the bulgarian split squats shown is not quad biased.. there is only minimal knee flexion.. if u need more quad gains ur knee should come forward over ur toes..
