​@@iishantt as our muscle needs atleast 48hrs to recover and you're givin it.. so there's no need of rest If you feel sore or fatigued the next day then yeah you should give the amount of rest which you're body needs

As a neurosurgery student ican advice you to start training your Core more ( lowerback and abdominals ) we had cases of professional athletes coming for the similar injury and turned out they all didn't train core as such leading to compression of spine because the surrounding muscles were weak. I hope you read my comment and implement it. Love the content keep going ❤

should really avoid the flat hamstring curl, it goes hard on the back as you re already facing issues with your lower back. Try the seated ham curls instead

​@@iishantt bro first of all in my opinion if you aren't not an advanced lifter then i don't think this would be ideal split for you to follow. Also if you really want to follow the split i recommend you to take a rest day between 2-2 days.

@@iishantt You do need to take at least 1 day of complete rest where you dont work out, this will help you to grow better and stronger, no matter what split you are following
