Take your outer thigh and glute exercises to the next level by adding some ankle weights. You will feel the burn like never before with these traditional mat exercises that will sculpt your thighs and glutes from every angles. You will perform single reps of 3 different exercises and then put them all together with 4 reps of each for 4 sets. There are 3 different exercise groupings for each side and you perform all exercises on one side before moving on to the next - that equals a serious burn! If you don't have ankle weights you can still do this workout without and get great results. Mixing your workout up by using different equipment shocks your body into continually producing results. You will feel the fire as you do the workout and will be satisfyingly sore the next day!
