Take your outer thigh and glute exercises to the next level by adding some ankle weights. You will feel the burn like never before with these traditional mat exercises that will sculpt your thighs and glutes from every angles. You will perform single reps of 3 different exercises and then put them all together with 4 reps of each for 4 sets. There are 3 different exercise groupings for each side and you perform all exercises on one side before moving on to the next - that equals a serious burn! If you don't have ankle weights you can still do this workout without and get great results. Mixing your workout up by using different equipment shocks your body into continually producing results. You will feel the fire as you do the workout and will be satisfyingly sore the next day!

I have seen hundreds of leg workouts (outer and inner thighs glutes ect) and i have NEVER done any which takes my legs to failure such as these workouts...I do your workouts at least 3 times per week and trust me I have seen results..

Yours are consistently absolutely the best, and I love that you have workouts that really focus on the outer thigh... I find that those workouts are kind of hard to find! I also love your attitude, your respect for the trainees, your encouragement, your instruction, your tips... everything you say seems to be exactly the right thing to say! It's been a while since I've done this one. I love that we do each exercise 20 or so times before we do each sequence. Really fatigues the muscles. So effective! I will be sore tomorrow.

Yes, you can never out grow this workout, just use heavier ankle weights and it will continue to burn! 😁

Best leg workout ever. I love the routine as it really goes deep into the muscles. It’s brutal though! I’m a big runner so this is amazing to get my legs stronger for running. I’ve felt a difference on my runs. My legs look seriously beautifully lean, smooth, and toned. I’m 41! Thank you❤️✨❤️

What a great workout. I've realised I tend to work my quads and calves very often but not my outer thighs... I guess the reason why I do this is that it hurts a lot (gluteus medius) and I feel exhausted quickly. But I'm improving... Besides, I'm always using my ankle weights. This workout was superb!!

The new killer outer thigh and glute workout! I agree about the importance of angle changes with exercises and ohhh you put a lot of unique ones in here that really burned. The third one in the first set (pull knee in and raise at corner of mat) and the third one in the second set (attitude raise with extension) were particularly brutal! I don't know how you made it through this a second time so soon after. Thanks for your dedication!! I cannot wait to do this again and for this entire ankle weight series! I like to do the ankle weight butt sculpter and 37 min outer thigh and glute so this gives me another for the rotation! Also, Mini looked so sweet 😍 Thanks!!

Thanks! It was tough filming it again so soon after, but I thought I would give it a shot anyway. Today I am even sorer than the first time I filmed it! Muscle overload!! Mini is in the ankle weight abs workout too. I actually did a bit of a close up video of her so I will post it soon. She wasn't too cooperative though cause she was sleeping :)

Another workout I somehow missed and have tried for the first time today😁. Paired this one with your Total 20 Flow to get an hour of good burn on this Tuesday morning. I used 0.75 kg ankle weights for this one and the burn was real as you say 😁. Thanks a lot!

that's great that your ankle weights go up in small increments. I have some that have lots of metal bars in them that I can pull out to adjust the weight. The only thing is that they are a bit uncomfortable 😁

Yes, voice over might have worked, but to be honest I don't really like workouts with voice over cause the cueing is always slightly out and you can't hear the intensity in the instructor's voice. I have done one series with voice over, but I don't think I'll do another one. I was happy to torture myself again!! :)

Great workout. It has three-dimensional exercises, just what the glutes need in order to be really firm and shaped. Thank you very much. It's hard though I can't do the whole program but I keep trying.

That moment when laying on your hips to do this workout and it becomes so painful that you have to use a towel is the moment that you KNOW you have definitely dropped at least SEVEN pants sizes...Ms. Linda I am eternally grateful for your workouts and NO this workout cant be an add on to any other workout if done properly your butt is kicked to the max to try anything else😓😓😭😭😭

I just canceled the Ankle Weight Series with Amazon. The situation was ridiculous. I ordered through EBay. I didn’t think about your website until it was too late. When it comes to your products I’m finished with Amazon. Either I’ll order through your website or Mary's Box sets. 😁

Hi linda, I absolutely love your lower body (on mat) workouts, they are rough but extremely effective. According to you, is it good doing them 3/4 times a week plus standing thighs exercises? How many rest days are needed? Thank you in advance. Love from Italy

Thanks so much! I am so glad you found my channel. I don't really like to give specific advice like how many times to do my workouts because everyone is so different. I always so to go with how your body feels. If you are particularly sore then have a rest day, but if you only have soreness in a certain body part work a different body part. I would have at least 1 full rest day a week and if you want to loosen up have a second day of maybe light cardio and stretching. 😊

hi, it depends on which exercises you are doing, how fast the reps are and how many reps you are doing. If you follow along with my videos i will tell you the weight I am using at the beginning of each video.

Hey Linda so any advice when in table top position I have a bad left wrist and it can't take the pressure by the group's of 4 with hydrant, attitude lifts and in and outs. I have a great burn going on but I'm in such pain with my wrist I have to stop and stretch out my wrist and give it a break 😔 It's a old injury have had surgery on it and did a year of rehab so I can do anything but after a certain amount of time with planks and table top moves the pain gets very intense and have to get off it 😔

Sorry to hear about your injury, that must be really frustrating for you. You can do a few things to alleviate pressure, either go onto your elbows or make fists so that your wrists are totally straight or you can hold on to some stable dumbbells, which again changes the positioning of the wrists. I hope one of those options works out. 😀

I know, it was a bit bright in there so she just looks like a blob. Funnily enough I just ordered a black cat cushion on ebay so I might put it in the studio to confuse everyone :)
