Great video! But isn't there a way we could set up a second carabiner to the main one and then attach it to the other leg so both legs could work simultaneously and save time? Thanks in advance!

Hmm. With the cables to the side like that, we’d have to attach the other ankle to the other cable & move the bench to the middle of the rack. The cables would be at a pretty intense angle instead of straight on, so I’m not too sure how well that would work or feel. Almost impossible to connect both feet to the same cable with this set up, just doesn’t feel right & really hard to get in position. Especially with heavier weight, because now you’re using both legs instead of just one. So the weight would need to be much higher & harder to get positioned comfortably.

Move the bench to the other side of the cable column.
