I had a leg day a few days ago, 3 sets in the leg extension to warm up the knees coupled with laying leg curls for the hammies, then did the seated leg press 4 sets 20 reps each upping the weight from 60 till 105kgs, then reverse hack squat 4 sets 10-15 reps upping the weight from 40 till 90kgs, then back to leg extensions at 30 kgs doing 2 sets of 10 reps hold and counting till 10 each rep and ended with squat rack 60kgs 3 sets, i have improved from last leg day, i felt stronger especially on the hack squat
