I'm actually interested to see how check ins go with Stefan and yourself during the prep. Just wondering what he sees, and how that affect what adjustments he wants you to make or not make.

Hey Wess can you do a video on the gains you have made since last olympia. For example maybe a up to date dex scan or physical mesurements against previouse mesurements keep up the good work mate.

Hi there Wesley, great to see you are doing well and in good health. You did not explain in the video why you used a lower rep range for calfs; So many people believe that higher reps is what calfs need. May be in another video, you can explain your thought process. Thanks and all the best to you and your family.

We all need your legs. Some of us weaklings struggle to build them. They get dense hard, but remain too small. Even using excellent form with maximum effort and weight. Gifted leg size is a blessing. Genetics to. This is your competitive year Wesley. 1st place. 🇬🇧

Thanks Wes, you're the best thinking man's bodybuilder. And, top notch editing my dude. I'd like to see some explanation of how your training evolves as you get deeper into prep.

When you open the capsule, 20-50% of the powder content is wasted in the mouth. The capsule is supposed to open (melt by stomach acid) in the intestines which will allow complete absorption.

When I finish off the legs with a leg extension I have no power left after a 2-3 min pause from the previous exercise. When I warm-up I can't even push the lowest weight at first, but taking 1 min pauses inbetween, my quads recover and get stronger and stronger. Should I immediately finish off the legs with very low weight or take a bigger break until I can push like 5 times the weight?
@VintageGenetics2 жыл бұрын
If the volume of your leg workout isn't crazy, you should rest as long as necessary in between leg extension sets until you can perform 10-15 quality reps. Then the weight shouldn't matter, as long as your strength improves over time.

Idk why you don't just inject your L-carnitine, it's far superior to the oral version and you can take way less and it's much more economical. You can even mix it in with your other injections. I've been using injectable L-carnitine for the last 3 months and it has made a noticeable difference.

People doing leg extensions be very careful NOT to lockout knees to extreme as it might cause knee problems and or pain!

Next time can you please show the whole movement. For example, when you do calves, we can't see your feet, so we don't know how low you go and in what position your feet are. How your head looks like, we know already🤣. And please get a haircut to get rid of that "vogelnestje".🤣🤣
