Leg room disaster! Flying Low Cost on Viva Aerobus Tijuana to Mexico City

For an airline that is claiming it is a budget airline. The staff and crew actually treated me quite nicely. I also booked with the smart fare when I flew and sat in the front as well because of the extra legroom.

I always flight with Viva Aerobus and never had any problems! It’s cheap and easy!! It’s not Delta or AA but they do their job for a good price!!

I don’t have problems with this viva airline, but the seats are kinda uncomfortable during more than 1.5 hour flights!

No more viva aerobus this is just a caos when is time to boarding so desorganizad and people getting to close to each other asking questions because it is so chaotic

My experience with VivaAreobus was terrible and the staff harassed me and were rude. I also did a review, and it was not good.

It’s a good leg room 30inch try volaris leg room 28 and the table it’s not even level…

Thanks for the video. We are flying down in December and considering Viva... May seem like a weird question but how tall are you. Im curious because Im 64 tall and leg room is usually an issue to me.. Thanks

I am 5ft 11 and I struggled, Volaris was better at the front of the plane they had extra leg room seating, Aeromexico business class is good also

I think Viva areobus is a ok airline the VIP seats on that plane are so contorble they have room for your leg next time go in Vip

the Lounge is great you get a full 30 minutes in the shower/toilet/bathroom 🚿🚽🪒

Actually viva used to be the worst Mexican airline, but since they changed their fleet to new A320's and their new customer service, things are changing, good for them...

If you planing to save some bucks by using viva aerobus let me tell you to think it twice. I have 2 baggage lost for a week from my fly from Guadalajara to Chicago with (value of $6000 pesos on gifts and clothes.) I have placed multiple phone calls, emails and social media messages and still nothing. All they said is wait for a call and they never call.

Always found Viva Aerobus way way better than Ryanair. Interjet was awful so no wonder it went bust!
