This is a quick leg day warm up to do before your workouts. Only 7 mins and your legs will be ready for the burn! Here we will be warming up your inner thighs, outer thighs, glutes, hamstrings and quads ❤️ the full thing! These are active stretches that will get your muscles activated! Warming up is important to avoid injuries and slowly get into the workout!
