Warm ups are really important to prevent injuries, improve mobility and performance during your workouts! Make sure you always warm up before your workouts 🤍

Thank you so much for this warm up video! I'm just getting back into jogging and recently made the mistake of jogging without warming up first and ended up injurying myself:/ So this is definitely a reminder to always warm up first before a workout and after!❤
