I watched episode 12 again, and was reminded how much his mother's abandonment shaped his life. She didn't just leave, he was physically shoved away while he held her and begged her not to go this after hearing her tell his father that she was tired of living in poverty and dealing with his illness and that it made her sick to look at them that they were all weak, sluggish and she was suffocated by them. His wounds are very deep and lasting, and they are 4 tiered, 1 the betrayal was from a woman , 2 she left them for another man 3 because of poverty, and 4 her parting words, don't ever be like your father, (weak, poor and sick). Never having any intention of allowing Seher into his life. Little by little she broke down some walls, but he's always expecting her to leave or betray him in some way. When he looks at her at times, you can see he's trying to determine if she is real or if it is a facade/game. He can't really know if she's been playing a game and biding her time with him. His mom didn't have any morals which is where that insult came from, after Seher threw in his face he lost custody of Yusuf because of his insecurities (weakness). And after him confessing that he brought Yusuf back to her. Which proved that he cares for her, which was a something he's been fighting all along. Her words penetrated him and he was trying "another way". He was just starting to put his trust in a her. He really doesn't know her and given the past he doesn't believe that a woman could be this pure, sincere, and true.

Before judging who the man he is now, let us think about the difficult life he had to live 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ we have a saying that, before judging one you should walk in his shoes for a while. I felt very sorry for Yaman tonight 😭 I even felt more sorrow for child Yaman, and his brothers too 😢😢 We all have witnessed despite his anger and faults he has a good heart. Please Seher save him 🙏 Edit: Where is Arif Baba? We all need him these times. Yaman and Seher need his wisdom more than ever.

If she had been brought up in a loving family where she knew her worth and was valued for who she is, and encouraged to fulfil her potential then okay. However Kiraz has grown up with an abusive brother who was going to sell her into a marriage to pay off his debts. She has been belittled and likely mentally and emotionally abused throughout her childhood. Kiraz struggling with confidence in probably most areas of her life is pretty much guaranteed. Unfortunately Ali doesn't yet realise the depth of her insecurities and so unfortunately he only feeds them. That said I actually get the feeling that Ali has his own huge pile of insecurities as well that he hides behind that gruff exterior he puts on to protect himself.

Oh really - Did Yaman said so in those words? I don't seem to see it from the poor translation I get from Auto Translate in KZbin? Anyway, Yaman can be very unreasonable most times. He gets angry so fast (so much anger in him) and he'll trash out at whoever that gets in his way when he is angry. Now I've watched Emanet 3x due to so free with this vacation break and I don't wish to start on another new series in case S2 happens and will clash my timing and then I'll be watching two series which can get confusing. Noticed by now 3x - Yaman is really a very unreasonable man! He is too proud/arrogant ... and if in real life his character is similar to this, then he needs to get a timid partner who loves him crazily and thus will accomodate any nonsense from him if he decides to trash out and be unreasonable. As they are fantastic on the screen, we want them in reality too but unfortunately ot sometimes doesn't work like that. And S2 is a roller coaster of Seher ups and downs. @@elzbietabetlej4085 Yes dear Elzbieta Betlej - no matter how much I wish they are together as a love couple in real life (just a fan wishing) BUT somehow FROM my own gut feel and observation, I think they are not as WE never get to see any pictures of them together outside during off days. All videos of them are only from the series Emanet and even behind camera recordings, I really have not seen once the two of them in the slightest bit INTIMATE like a couple. Of course there are many incidences when they are together but its like seating and chatting as colleagues or in their language they said partner. IF THEY REALLY are in love as a couple, then they must be so good at hiding the fact (initially people said its becoz of the Emanet contract where they cannot be in love together & acting in the show) ..
