The reason the guns fall off the back is because they don’t peg in there. You’re supposed to have the port on the side of the arm facing outwards on the helicopter mode and peg them in there, plus it stops the arms clashing with the rest of the body as much.

@@PerspectiveEnd when shard is in robot mode you use the bicep swivel to turn her arm around 180 and keep it that way, then fold everything else up the normal way. That lets the arms slide in easier, plus it tabs into the tail of the helicopter and hides the hands from most angles except the top.

According to the Hasbro guys that revealed this armorizer, Shard is composed of death crystals. According to the TFwiki, it's from the G1 season 3 episode 7 named "Chaos". I haven't seen the episode, but according to what it says about the green crystal, it's harder than the strongest known metal. When used as ammunition, it can destroy starships or even entire planets. So if this stands true for Shard, then the Transformers of all factions better stand clear of this helicopter's airstrikes, and be considered lucky to have this armorizer in their arsenal, as this rock lord is the most op character of the Infernac Universe.

I actually recently bought Shard at a target during one of my hunts (not opening her until I get the rest of the Armorizors). She's actually my favorite of the Armorizors, even considering Nucleous, Geocron, and Calcitron still have yet to release. I love the crystal theme of her design, her overall design is pretty cool, and the helicopter mode is slick, and gives me Prime Airachnid vibes for a potential retool. Also her resemblance to Waspinator is something, but I still know that this character is an original character according to Hasbro.

The arms in helicopter mode are upside down and there’s a notch on the engines that lines up with one of the spikes on the arm giving it a cleaner look and the swords I do straight out rather than bent since it gives the rotors a bit more reach and makes sense engineering wise since it needs a lot of lift to get off the ground and I’ve also found that if you do the transformation correctly everything stays tabbed in

If you straighten out the rotors though then when you flick them they tend to deform and make it stopped spinning.

Hey man just wanted to let you know what those tabs on the guns are for you have the arms rotated in the wrong direction in alt mode if you rotate them to where the forearm ports are facing out instead of the hands and then plug the guns into the forearms they’ll stay in place a lot better

I have since learned how to do it right, but that's not what those tabs do at all even when right. I still have no idea what they are for.

Waspinator's alt mode was always female anyway - male bees and wasps don't have stingers - so it's not such a big deal to say he went fembot full time as Shard. I mean, they're alien robots with half a dozen ways of reproducing, none of which depend on earth-biology-style bi-gendered sexual roles anyway.

I mean indeed that's true, at the same time they're robots so sexual features and gender are not exactly the same thing for them, so just because the wasp would be female does not necessarily mean the same thing in this instance. Also it's very clear that he's always identified as male in that.

The arms could be hard to push in because you transformed it wrong, the rock part sticking out at the bottom of the arm in helicopter mode should be facing up.
