So the tuned lgt with a vf52 got pulled on by a lgt with vf40 17psi THE WHOLE TIME and an audi with maybe slightly more hp pulled very hard on both which weighs about 500 lbs more....something doesn't add up... I'm thinking that there isn't a vf52 in the one lgt and the audi isn't just stock...I love LGT's though, hoping to get my new intercooler soon for mine:)

There's no way. The vf52 legacy should be over 300-340whp depending on other mods. The Audi is only 333bhp.

AChap52 The S4 is RATED at 333 hp. Most stock B8-B8.5 S4s will dyno 300-310 AWHP. Some have made the claimed 333 crank hp figure and more at the wheels. One particular S4 owner went 12.698 bone stock. This was in a negative DA, but is still over par for 333 bhp. Countless S4 owners have broken into the 12s stock and based on the S4s weight and factoring AWD drivetrain loss, it definitely needs more than 333 crank hp to run 12s. The B8-B8.5 S4 is a monster and the B9 will likely be even faster since it is (hopefully under)rated at 354 hp.

Possibly, but what he's saying is, Audi aside, the VF52 swapped Legacy apparently has something wrong with it, especially if a stock-turboed LGT kills it. People run 12s in LGTs with stock turbos and exhaust as well, with a VF52 he should be low 12s or better, no way a stock turbo LGT is getting anywhere close. At any rate, the Corvette crushed you all. :)

@@RATM1971 If the info before the video is correct my only guess is the LGT could be running a 2 step. But even then it shouldn't be gapping the VF52 swap that hard. So either he just did a conservative launch or he got a shit tune.

@@_soups I didn't hear a 2 step. Even so, once they got going, still appears to be something wrong with the VF52 car. I've had both, stock turbo and VF52 equivalent (BNR16g), there is no comparison, it's a huge difference. A VF52 should be around 340 at the wheels with supporting mods, and no way it's losing to stock S4 either if the car is tuned right.

The vette is a different class. It does some things better (drag racing like this for example) and the others are better at most other things. For one thing, have fun trying to get some where on packed snow and ice in the vette.

Legacy’s definitely should’ve taken the win if they are tuned right. With a VF52 exhaust and tunes he should be around 300whp+ which is about more than the the audi in whp… not to mention the legacy is nearly 500lbs lighter.

I'm extremely surprised by this, I have a 2007 BMW 335i, only thing I had done was muffler delete and cobb accessport running stage 1 aggressive tune. I pulled about 3 lengths on a brand new S4 from 80mph-140mph roll. A VF52 LGT should be somewhat close power wise with my 335i I'd assume.
