Must've been so enraging for the Lakers to watch HBO make a show based on them without ever reaching out to any of the people that were actually part of that history. They just wanted to make their own nonsense. It was a great show and all, but seems weird how they can always get away with that. Glad a real doc has been made to show what really happened, and not a made up, dramatized version.

Epic is the right word. I think that, so far, it's the perfect balance between Winning Time and They Call Me Magic.

Ok let me ask those folks who were complaining winning time being factual especially the defenders of Jerry west and Jerry west complaining about this and that .u watch the episodes norm Nixon and mike cooper describe Jerry west the same way they portray him in winning time duh? Also they basically explain the the same things that happen in winning time duh???
