I can accept the Manticora confrontation because even if you don't know where it is, it will eventually grab you (in an instant) when you explore Losomn. But finding the Invoker is nothing like that. It's just not intuitive, you don't even get a note with a clue on the disciple to help you figure things out it's just bad level design.

@@fredericbrasseur7399 There is a giant drop down hole above the armor set, malfunctioning traps, and glowing sand piles. Clues are definitely in your face, but the stand still for 5 min part is up to the player jumping to the idea of taking time to sink in the sand.

You don't have to wait 5 min, that is only if you stand still, like the myths about quicksand, the more you move the faster you sink, so all you have to do is shuffle back and forth and it will suck you in faster................. 🙂

A tip for getting through the first set of arrows in the quicksand, put on the warp ability for invader, and just zoom past it.

there’s actually a circle in between the both sand piles, its really subtle but stand right in the middle of it and it’ll work 🙌🏼

Ok so, weird tip guys. Do not wear the armor while trying to sink in the sand. Did some reason the invoker armor prevents you from sinking. Took me too long to figure this out and the Internet says nothing about this.

I put the new set on and started sinking, then I put leto mark 1 helmet on and instantly went down while I was in the menu, ITS THE WEIGHT OF YOUR CHARACTER! It all happened in less than 2 mins.

I fucked up the one shot on the awakened king and lost out on the spark fire shotgun because it’s so rare to spawn the location randomly. This time I’m not completing the DLC until I know I got every important piece of loot 😂

I was so ready for this dlc to hit then i accidentally over wrote all my save files until 12 hrs in. now re building a couple hundred hrs of playtime, not happy but glad we can re roll makes this easier thanks for the walkthrough

For anyone who is not getting their character to sink, go to where the armor drop is and then go back to the circle between to the sand piles and it should work normally. 👍

I finally got it! It took me hours of frustration. After that, I chose to reroll te adventure mode. This time I killed the 'bosses' on my way to the sinking sand (in stead of being killed once), maybe that was the difference? It now took 2 minutes waiting. And believe me, the spot where I stood was also tried the first time. So it's not all about the right spot I think.

In one of the over world maps is a Red Doe statue. Equip the Red Doe talisman to open a hidden vault.

If you use the cube gun's shield ability, you can just aim to keep it up and block all the arrows and walk across the sand.

If you don't want to dodge through most of the sad you can just switch to Invader and use the blink ability to clear 90% of the trap. Keep in mind you can't use it in the sand so get as close as possible to the sand and blink across, you should only have to dodge the last bit of the trap.

I'm not gonna get Into a long and dumb argument with anyone but I do wanna add one more thing Part of the enjoyment for the hardcore fan base for a dlc drop is the secrets we find and puzzles we solve as a community. If you don't want to interact with that that's fine, but at least give us a few hours to have our fun nobody is asking you to wait weeks we're talking 10h max before you get your guides. "Remnant is about the chase" just relax, I don't see why everyone is so mad they had to wait a few hours. All archetypes are and have been hidden in this way, archon was specifically so complicated we had dataminers to try and figure it out Edit: this was a reply to now deleted comments

Ok so if you’re co-op on this. You need to die, then the other player needs to die too. Meaning both of u die in that same sand spot. I also made sure I took my handler archetype off bc apparently if you’re a handler or summoner the dog or summon can set off movement and then it doesn’t work. I had tried this several times on my own with player 2 standing idle by and it never triggered the secret room until player 2 died too. Make sense?

Theres a little circle of wind/sand effect in between those two sand piles. Stand in that circle. You gotta look carefully.

one thing that came to mind from your video, what if you use the shovel on the area in the sand that you have to wait at for the old flute? it looked like 2 mounds of sand built up, does anything happen if you dig them up? (personally i think the shovel is going to be a bit more important for some secrets that may not have been uncovered yet)

Max out all your classes on easy mode, and then start experimenting with classes until you’re confident to go up a difficulty. You can play with any class on easy mode.

I got the lever and moved the platform, I go down back to the sand after I got the amor but all of my arrows are still firering so tried to stand as close as I could to the sand that was glowing and it took a long time but it just ended up killing me? Seems like they buffed the duration needed to sink. No need to stand there for 5 minutes, took me maybe 1 minute or less. As long as you stand at the spot and your character looks down at the sand you are at the right spot.
