These lawyers only help in employment law if you have the finances to fund their extortionate prices. Legal aid, forget it As of 10 May 2019 their price per hour is over £249+vat

I’m looking for some advice on my partners ex employer. My partner received a fine of £2500 for failing to return tax self assessment despite him being an employee. He always received 2 payslips, one from his place of work which stated less then half of his salary and the other from his employers other business showing the remainder of his salary. He’s never worked for the other company. Is it illegal for an employer to do this? Also does anyone know why he would have done this?

I have a Question, are Employers in the UK allowed to contact the relatives of Employee at work without first notifying or asking the permission of the Employee?.

Hi Agnese it would depend on the circumstance. Which I appreciate is not that helpful but without any more information it is hard to answer.

Lets say you have a 30 years old Employee has taken her vacation time of two weeks, and when she comes back to Work, the Other staff notice that she is not performing up to standard, (up to the standard she was before the two-week vacation), so without notifying her or asking her permission, the Human Resources department contact her Mother by Telephone and inform her of all the things that are happening at work, and actually ask the Mother if she would come in for a meeting with Human Resources and the Employee (I reiterate that the Employee was not consulted before hand), she only found out when her Mother informed her of the Phone Call, then when she is called into Human Resources, she is told that her Employment is here by terminated, though she can appeal, no prior warnings and she was only told that she would be having a meeting for a "Catch Up", I hope this makes things clear.

i wrkd 5 year in bedfactry nw they force mi to sign on zero contract i said i wil not sign it...nw they r saying dnt cm.bck work again

Business can do what they want if u live in a act well state well they can fire u for what ever reason with no explanation then u are wasting your time
