Very informative! I also wanted to add two other roles which entail representing clients & advocating without a law degree. If you’re interested in immigration law, you can become a legal accredited representative. You’d be authorized by the Department of Justice (DOJ) to represent clients in immigration legal matters. If you’re interested in Special Education matters, you can become a non-attorney special education advocate. COPAA is a great place to get trained & get certified. You can advocate for children and their families in school settings to obtain the appropriate support required by law.
