No both civil and criminal cases can not be filed simultaneously. I am talking about constitution of India. Read doctrine of double jeoparde for further clearity.

It is not necessary to draft case in huge number of pages. The objective is to put all the issues in front of the court. Fee basically depends upon Advocate.

First understand.. order 6,7,8 of CPC.. then check the formates and apply what you understood by orders. This is helpful for civil pleadings.
