I want to know about the what is a consideration in a gift deed . Perticularly if stamp duty and registration charges paid by donee . As par law who is responsible to pay it. Hello sir ji.. district court ne Mact case 2017 ka judgement diya tha 3 month phle.. sir 1825800 ka award mila tha without interest.. insurance company ne 2590000 deposit kraya ha total registry mai toh sir interest full award pr lgta ha ja sirf loss of dependency pr because loss of dependency 1741000 ha aur loss of estate funeral expenses Dall kr 1825800 bnta ha ..so interest kaise calculate hota ha 2590000 km ha 1825800 ka 7 yr ka interest

Sir, Dismissal from service 12 saal pahele hua tha. 12 saal bad tribunal ne dismissal from service ko set aside kar dia, or judgement dia k, "remanded matter back to the disciplinary Authority for fresh inquiry". Par Srif Disciplinary Authority and Appellate Authority ka order set aside kia for many procedural lapses, lekin charge sheet ko set aside nehi kia. To sir ye to Deemed Suspension ka 10 (4) section se milta hai. Sir, mere ko subsistence allowance milega ya pura back wages milega ye 12 saal ka? our office mere ko ek naya charge sheet dia with new evidence. Sir, Office hum ko joining nehi de raha hai. Bol raha hai tum Ex employee ho or proceedings me baitho. sir, kaya karna chahiea?

Hello. I know a general drafting book for drafting of pleadings in court cases. About that I have already made videos on this channel. About contract drafting and corporate drafting there maybe books, but I am not aware of them. I don't do corporate drafting or contract drafting. But there is one book I would like to suggest. Just as I suggested the book of Mogha on drafting of court pleadings, I would suggest another book of the same author on conveyancing. This book may provide you knowledge about how to draft various deeds and documents including contracts. That is also a good book.
