Hi, as per hindu succession act, a property that was self aquired was transferred from an unmarried woman to her brother in the year 1965 through revenue records and not registered at the sub registered office. Her brother later made a registered WILL to my daughter, and we are in the position at the property. In the year 2014, we constructed a new building. Please let me know whether my daughter has a title over this property? In case if any one challenges this will, what will happen? Are we safe, or should we give any share in the property from the unmarried woman's brother's legal heirs? Are there any citations from the high court or Supreme Court in this matter? If yes, please let me know the details of the case number. Please help me in this matter. Thanks a lot.

Simple hai. Jo Shabd tough lagte Hain unka Arth samajhkar acchi tarah se Jehan mein bitha le. To vahi Shabd fir padhne mein aaega to Arth samajhne mein dikkat nahin jayegi.
