Legal STAFF: how to define roles

Clear roles for your legal staff. What roles does each person have at your law firm? Do they know their duties and does everyone else understand their colleague's task list? You can utilize Key Results Areas (KRAs). This can be financial or task-oriented. Some examples may be: ensuring accurate client data or timely data entry. How to implement these KRAs? First, outline them for employees, then get their input, and celebrate wins.
