Honestly brass knuckles are not as great of a weapon as most people think, the sap gloves are way better. Brass knuckles will screw up your hand just as much as they screw up the person you're hitting.
@mrhattux9 жыл бұрын
It might hurt your arm, but what it does to the face?
@JCJKproductocts7779 жыл бұрын
mrhattux it doesn't hurt your arm at all, it hurts your hand. Your hand is made up of 27 little bones that are very easily broken. When you smash 27 little bones into 1 skull, the skull wins. That is why the majority of people in street fights break their hands, the brass knuckles only exacerbate this. So why you may bruise your opponents skull, you are going to break your hands, so he's going to have a bruise on his head and you're going to have a cast.

you said no knives. "other then knives" your words. but the thing before your spikes was basically a knife like dagger in its use for stabbing

And that spring baton will not "easily shatter bone". That is a pain compliance weapon. You might be able to break a finger with it, if you use it wrong. Jesus dude, have you ever even been in a fight?
@RamblesWorkshop11 жыл бұрын
Hello again, the Baton can shatter (or at least break) bones, a strong hit from a solid one such as those the uk police use are known to break arms if the victim is unprepared. a spring variant obviously would not be as effective so i cannot vouch for it but Batons in general can.
@admiralpercy10 жыл бұрын
Garrsus grins that would be exactly my point... you're reiterating my point about how a spring baton is less effective.

pbbeast You take the spring baton, I'll take the knuckle dusters. You name the place.
@RamblesWorkshop10 жыл бұрын
Admiral Percy "Batons in general can" i was agreeing with you for the most part just stating that the difference between a spring and an ordinary baton needs to be noticed, there is a considerable difference between two near identical weapons.

7:08 is a tricky topic.. the channel "ElectroBoom" did a good video on it but essentially the voltage across the two prongs will be limited making the high claims of 1000000v technically false in practice (air breaks down around a certain voltage, if arc travels then the voltage will drop) If the current is low it is not that which saved you. If the current is somehow limited then the voltage must drop! There is a reason why transformers say danger high voltage and not current :/ Every person is different, in terms of skin resistance and conductivity.

How can I obtain those brass knuckles in the UK? Because after the last home invasion I suffered the cops thought that my busted fingers were something to laugh about. I want something to keep on the bedside table as insurance. Btw I just subbed you, all the best from Britain.
@manixmember24779 жыл бұрын
If you want knuckles in the UK you have two options. 1. Make them yourself 2. Have someone in the UK make them for you. Other than that you're royally fucked, so good luck.

Lord Funface The Atomic Toaster Damn, what weapons can you even own in the UK?
@DoctorKandosii9 жыл бұрын
Limb0 It's like a police state, you are not allowed to defend yourself. I once got arrested for kicking a mugger in the bollocks after he smashed my face in. I'm not even joking.
@ZedF869 жыл бұрын
Lord Funface The Atomic Toaster I am not a follower of this channel, but his display here demonstrates that there are a lot of possible weapons. If you are really concerned about a repeat occurrence, an old-school trick is to use a roll of coins in your fist. You'll still bust your hands up if they aren't used to it, but your opponent will go down or back off a hell of a lot quicker. If you're stuck on the knuckles, my thought would be to find someone who lives in a place where they are legal, and have them mail them to you as private mail.

I once came across a briefcase of knives and now it's mine, legitimate question, why would someone put a perfectly nice set of knives in a perfectly nice briefcase in the bin? No murders committed in the town at all (and also nowhere in any of the neighboring cities) by the way.
